Mónica is known for her positive and enthusiastic demeanor, and is devoted to going above and beyond for clients. Mónica is a solid advocate who is unwavering in her pursuit of achieving positive and favourable outcomes for clients. She specializes in supporting clients who have suffered both minor and catastrophic injuries.
Mónica is well-versed in the SABS and the Rules and Civil Procedure, she has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and is very familiar with the License and Appeal Tribunal. Mónica’s cultural and religious sensitivity allows her to assist in alleviating barriers that our clients may face during the legal process. Her fluency in Spanish and English allows her to better relate to clients and advocate for their rights.
In her spare time, Mónica enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Rosie. She is an avid crafter and loves refinishing furniture.
