Hayden’s practice is solely focused on advocating for the legal rights of injury victims and their families. He is known for having a big heart for his clients and for being a tough litigator in the courtroom.
Hayden is also a Harvard certified negotiator. As such, he employs negotiation strategies throughout the legal process to ensure that his clients receive the maximum award available for their claims.
Hayden studied law at the University of Ottawa, where he was the founding president of the Tort law society.
Outside of his legal practice, Hayden believes in giving back to those in need. He founded a basketball tournament fundraiser for Reena Foundation, which benefits those with developmental disabilities.
Hayden can also be found spending time with his family and friends, cheering on the Toronto Raptors, or playing a round of golf.
