A Scarborough motorcycle accident has claimed the life of a 22-year-old man following a collision with an SUV.
Toronto Police say the crash happened shortly after 2 p.m. on September 8, 2026, near Bertrand Avenue and Crockford Boulevard. Police said the motorcyclist was travelling west on Bertrand Avenue. A 44-year-old woman driving an SUV was travelling south on Crockford Boulevard and turned left onto Bertrand Avenue. The two vehicles collided.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The SUV driver remained at the collision. Toronto Police Traffic Services continues to investigate.
