A 33-year-old worker has died after being struck by an industrial truck at a Brampton roadwork site.
Emergency crews were called to Countryside Drive, east of McVean Drive, shortly before 1:30 p.m. on September 16, 2026. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The industrial truck remained at the location following the collision.
Police have not released details about what caused the fatal incident. Ontario’s Ministry of Labour was notified and is investigating.
