Nashmil is a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Nashmil graduated with the highest GPA award in her class of 2009 in the Paralegal program.
As a strong legal advocate she is passionate and committed to attaining positive client results.
Nashmil has extensive experience with Accident Benefits Mediations and Arbitrations. She is well versed in assisting clients who have suffered minor to serious injuries, and she does not shy away from conflict. She has developed a strong reputation for pushing her clients’ files to Mediation, Pre-Arbitration, Arbitration and the Licensing and Appeals Tribunal (LAT) in order to ensure that her clients obtain the maximum financial compensation that they deserve. She has assisted her clients with their cases before FSCO and Alternative Dispute Resolution forums.
Nashmil is fluent in English, Farsi and Kurdish. Her cultural sensitivity and diverse language fluency secures clients’ rights and the care they need.
Nashmil regularly attends continuing legal education seminars and workshops to acquire and implement leading edge processes and procedures into her practice.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family doing various activities, and she is an active board member in her childrens’ school.
