Bio
Tanya has been a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2007, and has been part of the Bergel Magence family since 1998. She specializes in personal injury litigation and has extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule. Tanya’s specialty is working with clients who have experienced catastrophic injuries, and she appeared regularly before FSCO and currently handles numerous files with the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT).
Tanya handles every one of her files with passion and dedication, and exhibits a particular sense of empathy and compassion. She is fluent in Italian, and has various personal interests including the arts, ballet and interior design. Tanya is actively involved within her community, and when she is not spending time with her young family, she volunteers her time toward various political causes.
